We recently hired Virginia Renovations to completely transform our small, cramped kitchen, and they did an outstanding job. The original space was very tight, with the water heater and washing machine taking up valuable room. They came up with a smart solution: they removed a wall to open up the layout, relocated the water heater to the attic, and installed a convenient stackable washer and dryer unit. The result is a much more spacious, functional, and modern kitchen that we absolutely love. Not only was the work high quality, but the Tom was incredibly easy to work with — professional, responsive, and respectful of our home throughout the project. Best of all, their rates were much lower than what their competitors quoted, making this renovation an even better value. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Virginia Renovations did an amazing job with our bathroom. They were very punctual, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was flawless at the end of each day. The daily updates from the project manager were so helpful; we always knew what to expect. What really impressed us was how efficiently they did their job. I needed a Net Zero electric fire place installed in my condo with a floor to ceiling faux chimney . The team was outstanding to work with. Justin was the project manager. He was very professional, detail oriented and flexible. Every trade partner that came to do their part of the work was efficient, clean and kind. This company is a class organization and I would highly recommend them. Well done!!

We used Virginia Renovations for a partial kitchen remodel and screened-in/3 season porch. We are very happy with the results. It took a bit longer than expected due to some permit issues but John Gauthier, Project Manager kept us informed and was patient with our multiple questions. Danny Ngo did beautiful work and had great attention to detail. We love our workspace in our kitchen and use our screened in porch daily!
