I loved working with this office. Everyone was so professional from the tax advisor I worked with to the receptionist. The IRS billed my client over $100K and were incorrect in this assessment. Trisha Ocampo was a star and kept at it until they zeroed out the bill! We are thrilled! Thank you all!
My first experience with the Truax office was over a dozen years ago when I needed counsel about a tax situation involving charitable donations that the IRS was challenging. This was putting the brakes on me being able to purchase a house. Bill came back with the proper advice that kept us fully within the IRS regulations and got us out from under the entire questionable amount. We then bought our house. I've been using the office for my taxes ever since, both for business and personal taxes. I recommend them to anyone who wants friendly, professional and aggressive tax help. I've relied on them to prepare my taxes now for close to 20 years.
What and exceptional experience! I reached out to Mr. Truax's firm on 8/27/18 and a few days and emails later I have our tax return done, on 8/30. They spent some time on the phone with my husband and I, answered every single question that we had and guided us through the process so professionally! My husband and I have been filing taxes together for 25 years and have never experienced anything like this and they are in Californian and we live in Tampa, FL! The great customer service is truely appreciated and we won't be going anywhere else from here on out

The Truax team has been very helpful and we have not been disappointed with them at all in the last 5+ years that we have used them.
