If you’ve dealt with the large disposal companies, you already know how it usually goes : their way, their schedule, their rules, and good luck if you need anything adjusted once the container is on site. Tropical Disposal was the opposite. I used them on an owner-builder project and they were easy to work with from the start. C&D debris pickup was simple, container swaps were handled without drama, and they actually worked with the job instead of against it. That matters when you’re trying to keep a project moving and don’t have time to fight with a national call center or get boxed into a one-size-fits-all process. I also priced out other container options, and Tropical Disposal was solid value for the money. If you want a disposal company that shows up, swaps when needed, and doesn’t make the job harder than it already is, I’d use them again.

Can’t speak for the service, but it seems like they’re in a hurry to get there fast. P79 58C nearly took me out on 41 northbound this afternoon driving recklessly cutting in and out of traffic. Yikes on a stick to say the least.
