This was 5 stars until they rudely forced us to move without any warning due to a reservation. Their management clearly is rather poor if they can't manage to put some signage indicating there is an upcoming reservation. They also handled it very badly and right then and there kicked us out even though we still had drinks in hands. Pretty poor customer service. Until that moment we loved it. The decor is great and a fun conversation piece. The living room area results in engaging with strangers in. The bartenders are on the ball. The hot dog is very tasty and fun to get the condiments in a tackle box.

Hands down one of the most unexpectedly fun nights we’ve had in San Diego. It’s like stepping into an indoor trailer park fever dream. If you grew up in the 80’s you’re going to have so many nostalgic flashbacks. As Midwesterners, spotting Busch Light in San Diego felt like a little nod from home. Extra bonus the bartender from Iowa.

This place was super fun. We came here with no expectations and got roped into some amateur comedy night that was hilarious because some people were horribly bad and some people were really good - a great mix and vibe all around, would come back again for the comedy. The drinks are heavy and are pretty trashy, but that’s okay, it fits the vibe of this place. Unfortunately didn’t get any pics of the drinks but they are pretty standard looking well mixes The decor really stands out as great here - won’t spoil it too much, but the whole place is decked out with really interesting decor.

the “bouncer” “Lamar” who later gave a fake name was incredibly rude to me and my friends. After spending the evening watching the padres game we came to have a drink before going home and before we could even hand him our ID he was screaming at us to move sides in front of him from the right side of the podium to left his left. After screaming in our faces he proceeded to yell “do you want to come in or not” as we were walking away. When left unacknowledged, he followed up with “Go back to Otay Mesa” not only attempting to insult us but clearly having a predisposed attitude towards women in San Diego. After my friends and I had left and thought about the situation we attempted to speak with a higher up, who refused to give us his name claiming to be a manager; Lamar proceeds to lie about saying any of those things or acknowledge that we were not in any position to be treated in such a manor. After all of this, another coworker approaches us while we’re standing to the side to tell us he did witness the interaction as we explained it to his “manger” and yet we were still told to calm down. Not only did he continuously tell us to relax after being genuinely disrespected; we had to prove to him we were all of age in order to have a valid argument. He was attempting to be apologetic and tried to ensure us this was not the intended atmosphere. However, at this point we felt unable to support this business due to the circumstances we were expected to endure. We all grew up in San Diego County and went to high school in Del Mar, simply looking for a cool place to have a night cap drink amongst friends who have all moved out of California and happened to find our selves all together. I will not be mentioning this bar to anyone I care about. I do not recommend this bar to anyone who’s looking to enjoy what San Diego has to offer. There are many lovely places in Gaslamp, and this is not one of them.

This place is so much fun. Great music, great crowd and great drinks. Love the trailer park decor! It's not too crowded and very lively. Kind staff! Plenty of room to dance all over the club.
