This firm has helped my family three times obtaining favorable outcomes in every instance. The sheer professionalism, legal intellect, dogged advocacy and absolute commitment to their client both legally and emotionally is light years beyond peer. In our family the words Tragos and Sartes are sacred. And of late another name, Patel, is now in that group. After having the unpleasantry of having to fire a different attorney from a different law firm in Florida, and after being exacerbated by my seemingly unending case, while out of work I watched a lot of YouTube and being a true crime follower I stumbled upon Peter Tragos' channel AKA The Lawyer You Know. I would watch his podcasts and loved listening to his interpretations and breakdowns of high profile cases. The more I watched him, the more I was wondering why I had chosen the nincompoop I was with and when I found out his firm is a Personal Injury firm, I quickly researched how to fire your attorney. After reading that it wasn't as bad as I thought, I immediately called Peter's firm and spoke with him on my first call. My case was given to Dave Neiser and I have to admit at first I was a little like who is this guy? Where did Peter go? However, after researching him a bit and reading Dave's reviews and working with his amazing team Becca, Bridget and Maria, I told myself to relax and that I was in good hands. All I can say is after my experience with Dave and Tragos and Tragos I am beyond blown away by their professionalism and strategy. Learning to trust Dave was a good move on my part. He far exceeded my expectations as who I would call "Excellent counsel". I would refer Dave or anyone I have encountered at Tragos and Tragos to my nearest and dearest. They are a class act.

I was sideswiped by an intoxicated driver Jan 4th 2025... When I initially filed my lawsuit... I was at a loss as to who to contact and chose someone at random... Turned out to be a HUGE mistake... I remembered watching "Lawyer you know" on YouTube and contacted Peter Tragos ... He spoke with me in length and referred me to a partner in their practice licensed in the State of Tennessee... Pete Sartes... Mr. Sartes along with his... I'll assume she is his paralegal Kayla... Together they took the reins and got the proverbial ball rolling... Not an easy undertaking because of Tennessee's 1 year statute of limitation... Their open phone policy along with the ease of communication made the process ... If possible under the circumstances... Almost pleasant... Do not let their location discourage you from contacting them for help... Although they are located in Florida and I am in Tennessee... It was if we were neighbors... Everyone in the firm will do their very best to make sure your needs are met... I can't say enough good things about them... Use this Law Firm... You will be glad you did!

These guys are awesome. I’ve been a fan of the channel for years and so when I was injured as a pedestrian I knew who to call. Peter took great care of my case and kept me in the loop at every stage, and the whole staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to quickly answering questions I had at any point through the process.
