Top Notch AC & Mechanical LLC, Emil and his crew are great ever. Very prompt, efficient and very happy with the work. He provided professional and expert service. They remove existing 4 of AC units, cleaned and the installation of 4 AC units done by within about 3 hours. It was very fast than I expected and perfectly. Very satisfied. I have known the owner Emil for a few years as he had previously worked with another AC company in town before starting his own business. Initially I called him to service a 10 year old split ac unit as I had just moved into a new condo. This system was so old and rusty that the fan in the condenser had broken off. He was able to secure it and make it work again, but obviously this was just a temporary fix. So I requested a quote to replace the condenser and the two ac heads. His price was more than fair, and he was able to get the replacement Mitsubishi system installed just a few days later. He is professional, friendly, knowledgable and always on time. He is respectful of my property and does an excellent job of cleaning up after all the work is completed. I will continue to use him for all my ac needs. 10/10!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We were really grateful to Emil for saving us from a stressful situation after another company became completely unresponsive when we had two Carrier units’ coils leaking. Emil is licensed, efficient, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process of upgrading our system from Carrier to Mitsubishi. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. Very responsive, polite and accommodating. Emil’s work is professional. He takes the time to check that everything is properly installed and working. He also took the time to teach this technically challenged senior how to best use the remote and operate the AC for best results. Grateful.
