Met with the repair person in April I think, paid for parts to repair a window. I’ve left multiple messages, talked to receptionist 5-6 times. No answer no call back about the parts or schedule for repairs. One call from them about possible appointment then crickets. It’s now June, they still have our $$ and no repairs. I’m hoping this review will finally get the attention of someone in charge to either fix what they promised or refund our money.
The two technicians were on time, professional, and worked nonstop until they finished putting the new sliding door tracks in. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
Replaced 4 slider glass panes, the experience was awesome from start to finish. Great communication, excellent pricing and a very professional team of installers. Highly recommend!
Excellent service, from their initial visit, their communication was excellent, and the the result is beautful. In the 3 glass panes two were so cloudy you couldn’t see out and on the two glass both were cloudy. Makes a huge difference. Highly recommend.
Mikey was extremely nice on the phone and accommodating. The work was done surprisingly fast and efficiently. Juan also cleaned up to seal it and I was very pleased. Overall grateful they were super quick to respond and pull through + a job well done and a great price.
