The Doctors are wonderful, Dr. Lee and Dr. Graff. They really are invested in making you feel better. My first adjustment was amazing. I felt an inch taller. I was very impressed right away with them. I’m looking forward to seeing them once a week and truly believe they are invested in making his patients feel as good as possible. Also the front office women are wonderful. 10 out of 10! I’ve also been going to rehab there. They work you hard or gently, whatever you prefer. They have a physical therapist on site to do the initial evaluation. I wish I could remember her name. But she’s terrific. This place is like a smooth running machine. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office.. I would give 11 stars if I could!
Great facility. The folks know what they are doing and have helped me in full recovery along with excellent chiropractic service. Always very accommodating and able to go above and beyond.
EXCELLENT service! As a first timer when it comes to chiropractic adjustments, I was for sure having some nerves. I got in to see Dr Lee, who was very receptive and explained everything to me, even giving me options as to how I wanted to start my care. He took X-rays of my neck back and hips, and showed me where my problems were, making sure I understood everything. When he prescribed a pump for my neck, the front desk staff was AMAZING at explaining how to use it and again ensured I understood. When he finally adjusted me, all my fears went away and it was a GREAT visit! Everyone there is outstanding and I WILL be going again!
This office was reccomended to me by numerous people so I decided to try them out for some repair and relief. Best decision I could have made. They have awards all over the office for best in class care. Their facility is always sparkling clean and with pleasant scent. The staff is always polite, mannered, up beat, cheerful, and positive. The providers do a thorough job and make sure to evaluate everything as a team to ensure that you get the best possible care plan. They also have on site physical therapy, massage therapy, and hydro massage beds. You can't go wrong by choosing Terlep. I will definitely recommend to anyone that I hear is experiencing pain, discomfort, or may have been in an accident and needs to get checked. AAAAA+++++
The entire staff is wonderful! Professional and kind and knowledgeable. I had a bad flare up in my back right before the holidays and they fit me in the same day. The doctors always call to see how you are doing after a new procedure. I am doing decompression for a bulged disc in my lumbar and it is doing a good job. Everyone here really cares about their patients. I highly recommend Terlep Chiropractic.
