We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with blue Raven/Sun power. Of course we get the marketing phone call, my husband schedules appointment for them to come evaluate our property. Previously, we’ve had three companies come out and say it is not possible to get the output we would need because of our location. We have many trees. The other solar companies had mentioned if we were interested in cutting down our trees that solar would work for us. So blue Raven comes out and says we have More than enough sunshine available to Virtually eliminate our electric bill. Well, that has never happened. Our system is not producing as promised. We were also promised 18 months of a rebate check. We have not received those in months. My husband has made several calls and always gets an overseas call center. I do believe they have been trained to tell everybody that they are having engineers looking at our system to try to figure out what is going on. All the phone calls are recorded (supposedly) We are in retirement and this is not an extra bill that we wanted to take on. I think due to the phone calls made we had a company show up and try to sell us batteries. We thought it was the engineering team from blue Raven to investigate our system. But of course, it was not, our information was probably sold. I cannot tell you how unhappy I am that I feel saddled with a system that under performs and that I have to pay for every month. They also lied about the federal tax credit, they never told us it was a percentage of money spent. So instead of $30,000 we receive $13000 tax credit. This is totally unacceptable business practices. If we do not hear back from blue Raven/Sunpower, we will be getting an attorney or joining the class action suit against this company. Run for your life if they call you or stop by. They are NOT a reputable company to deal with.

Almost four months into this and my panels still aren’t active. Missed four days of work because of last minute reschedules and the work crew being late. You’ll get a lot of communication at first but once the sale is made you are dead to the company. Would not recommend them. I’m pretty sure they have already changed their name which is par for the solar company game. Install crew arrived high, came back a few days later six hours late high again and with their kids. I would not recommend this company. G with literally anybody else.

I would give zero stars if I could. The seller in the VA market, Mr Leathers lied, schemed and withheld information. The installers put holes all in my walls and it took 3months for them to fix but can't paint over the repair. Their reimbursement checks bounced. Customer service is not helpful. Communication is non existent. Avoid this company at all cost. I really feel scammed.

Antwoine, Kevin and Justin were our installers and could not have been nicer. They spent a good 8 hours on our installation and we are well pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, and abilities. They even took photos of a live wire in our attic that had damage from animals and sent it to us so we could have it repaired even though it had nothing to do with their installation. We can’t wait to have the inspection done so we can power up. Thank you to Antwoine, Kevin and Justin for all their hard work.

Made a big whole in my drywall and the communication sucks. I’ve seen how many bad reviews there is we need to make this known and exposing how horrible they are. Still waiting for my panels to be activated
