Had my first massage here, I’m 5 weeks out from major surgery and my body was really tight and just still sore. I saw Rachel, she did a great job, and I feel great. highly recommend. I already scheduled another in a couple of weeks.
I called the office two weeks ago because I was in sever discomfort from a pinched nerve, gave all my insurance information. I was told there would be $35 co pay, no problem. My appointment came and four hours before my appointment I receive a call from the office stating they could not see me because I am on Medicare, but I also have Blue Cross/ Blue Sheild. This office will not see Medicare citizens. So here I am, still in discomfort, could have sought care elsewhere had I been given this information weeks ago, but now I have to seek care elsewhere. Senior citizens this place is not for you.
My husband and I both come here. Yesterday was my first appointment and I had a super pleasant experience. I have UMR which leaves a copay but it’s worth it. I was adjusted, taught some mobility exercises, and did the massage bed. I have not slept without shoulder pain in like a year but had zero pain in my shoulder last night. I feel wonderful and will be back!
Spine-Ability is great for my pain management and spinal decompression. The entire staff are knowledgeable, Carolann was extremely helpful with scheduling.
I have been a few times already and have no cons to this place. Everyone is so nice and professional. Both doctors have amazing bedside manners. They remember little personal information that was talked about and it feels very welcoming. I have, also, been while pregnant and it brings so much relief. They definitely know what they are doing.
