I come about 1-2 times a week, every time I pull up someone is always at the gate if I need help, I went thru like normal and heard a pop sound from my roof. Didn’t think anything of it until I got on the highway and something was hanging down, I called them and they immediately looked at the video and told me exactly what happened and told me what to do. Great customer service definitely recommended this car wash!

What an amazing team! I came in for my weekly wash and thought the dried “mud” on my brand new white 4Runner would come off easily. After going through twice, I realized it wasn’t mud — it was tar splashed all over my vehicle on Freemans Farm Rd near BMW. My heart completely sank. I went inside to ask if there was anything they could do, and the sales manager (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten his name) immediately stepped in to help. He personally took the time to remove every bit of that sticky tar. It was truly above and beyond. My husband passed away a few months ago, and this is something I would have had to figure out on my own. The kindness and care they showed meant more than they probably realize. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them.

If you are in the area and need your car washed definitely make a stop here. I have been to several car washes in Greenville and this one is top notch! Their customer service is fantastic and they want to make sure you are happy with the wash you chose. I’ll definitely be back to get my car washed again. 🚗 🧽

This car wash does a great job and washing AND DRYING! The vacuums work very well. If there’s a long line, trust you will still get in and out quick!

First time here, and was not disappointed. I liked that they had two staff members standing at the payment screens/entry arms to assist with reaching the screens and taking payment. Before you entered the tunnel there were two guys standing there to “pre wash” with and a brush to get the bugs off the front of the vehicle as it started in the track in the wash tunnel. Clean area with attentive staff keeping the towels and spray cleaner filled. Trash emptied. Will certainly be back again! Highly recommend.
