The technician was very personable and kind! James was knowledgeable, and thorough in removing the dangerous bald face hornets nest! I was extremely pleased with his service and thoroughness. This company goes the extra mile to ensure their techs are up to date on their training! I would definitely recommend this company- Sage Pest Control!
The gentleman that came out today was very respectful, courteous, and he gave us very informative information as to what he was doing today. He left us with information as to what we need to do next because we had a lot going on in our home today. We are waiting for a call for service to finish what he could not do today due to things we had going on. All in all, you should give him a promotion. Service was Exemplary!
As always Jake was polite and professional. He arrived as promised, performed his duties quickly and explained clearly what he did before leaving. Exactly what I look for in a service Tech. Well done Jake and well done Sage Pest Control.
Marketing that I would call straight-up harassment... I have told them in person and at least 4 times on the phone that I am not interested, have never been interested. Last time they called, I called back and told them to remove me from their list and they called me back two minutes later from another number! At this point, you've pissed me off- even if I needed pest control, I would NEVER use you, reccomend you, reach out to you... you obviously have zero respect for people's wishes.
The technicians at Sage are always friendly and get their job completed quickly. I am a customer for both pest control and termite management and the annual cost has been between $700-800 (2025).
