I called Acres because the company who installed the hot water heater (still under warranty) couldn't explain the warranty process over the phone....they seemed confused. I got frustrated with them and scrolled the list of Rheem warranty vendors and called Acres. The lady on the phone quickly and proficiently explained the warranty process without hesitation. They were available to come out the same day and fixed the hot water heater without any issue. I will definitely be calling them again!

Trouble with our insinkerator, other companies just wanted to replace with a new one but Oscar took the time to fix the one we had. Very pleased, will use them again. Oscar was polite and knowledgeable. Highly recomend the R Acres and Oscar. Carol

I wanted to thank Acres Plumbing for always doing such a great job with whatever I have needed done in my dental office and at home. This last time the technician came quickly to my office, and got the job done. He was also kind and very professional!

Our cleaning lady at our restaurant found a leak in our ladies room toilet around 10am on a Friday. We noticed a sewer like smell two days before, but it went away so we kind of forgot it. We called R Acres around 10am and by 1230 they were already here and done with the Job. We were concerned with losing a toilet for the busy weekend and/or losing business because the smell came back and was worse than before as it spread throughout the restaurant Friday morning. Thankfully the job was done so fast that smell was already gone and we were ready for the weekend's business.
