Helen was great with her design expertise for my bathroom remodel and ensuring that MY vision was captured. She was patient during selection of tile and fixtures. She was responsive and very delightful to work with. Justin and his team did a beautiful job building the design and bringing my vision into being. Justin and the building team were easy to work, Justin was responsive and communicative and any concerns were completely addressed. The rest of the team in the office/store were also very friendly. Very happy with my bathroom and my experience.
Update: I’m keeping my original impartial review on here but felt obligated to update. Progress and Kitchen was close to finishing the job all they needed to do were a few adjustments and trim work. They used horrendous hardware, split one of the cabinets, drilled through the floor of another, and did some other handymen work which is just beyond inappropriate in someone’s home. Also note, we had some tradesman that were fantastic and others that were not. I had to clean up the work of 2-3 people they sent over during the length of the project. We’re giving them a chance to make this right but until then I can’t help but not recommend this company and crew. Original unfinished job Our kitchen project took a long time due to the wait getting the cabinets (which wasn’t on them) but it was well worth it. Shannon helped plan our vision and crushed the design. Aaron and his crew were great when it came to the hands on work. Talk about jack of all trades, the crew knew how to do just about anything you could think of and it was nice to have a consistent group of guys throughout the entire project. Our kitchen was very custom, high end, and they did well working through anything that came up as things always do with these larger rehab projects.
We just finished a kitchen, laundry and partial guest bathroom renovation with Justin as the project manager and Cihan leading up the demo and construction team. There were some hiccups moving from the design phase into construction and completion, but I’m still giving 5 stars because Justin did his best to make everything right in the end. He was always focused on making sure we were happy with the results. Cihan and his team did a great job with demo and construction. They were friendly, patient when I had questions and hard working!

Very happy with how the final product of how my bathroom turned out. Justin is a fantastic project manager and was very accessible and receptive throughout the entire process. Furthermore the entire crew was very expeditious--highly recommend!
