I had my first appointment with Dr. Pham today and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. He listened to all of my concerns and took everything very seriously. He drew diagrams and showed me pictures to better explain himself which was fantastic and an approach I have yet to receive with any other provider. He took his time and addressed every issue. The receptionist and nurse were exceptionally wonderful and friendly as well. The outside of the building looks a bit odd to be a doctors office but the inside is a nice and standard medical office. I’ve had many issues with Prisma, but this office seems to be the diamond in the rough. I would definitely recommend.
The most incompetent doctors office I’ve ever been to. Wasn’t even there for a year and saw THREE different doctors and my meds were ALWAYS late. I was on the phone one time trying to make an appt for a third new doctor so I could get my scripts refilled (which they failed to tell me I had to do), the appointment setter put me on hold after 10min of not being able to set the appointment, then 5min later she answered me again and said hello, are you waiting on someone? YES, YOU!!!???
Alma and Linda and the nursing staff have all been so great. So understanding and patient. I really appreciate all that they do.
