Posting this on my husband's account for my mother Catherine Thorne. Recently we relocated here from Nashville. We're so thankful we found Dr Connor Evins! Mom has been to him twice already. He's professional, kind, very knowledgeable and it's clear he really cares about his patients. He explains things very well, is a wonderful listener and very thorough. I'm thrilled we found such a wonderful doctor to care for Mom. I absolutely recommend him and really the entire team. Everyone in the office support team as well as nurses are 5 star too! Thanks so much!

Got a letter that I’m no longer allowed to schedule here. I scheduled an initial appointment on MyChart for a phone appointment as I have a five month old baby I have to take everywhere with me. I’m not interested in bringing him inside a clinic with a measles outbreak going on currently. Half an hour before my initial appointment, I got a call and was told I couldn’t do my appointment over the phone despite having scheduled it on MyChart with zero issue. She canceled the appointment and *****told me it would NOT be held against me*****. She rescheduled me for an in person appointment after fumbling around trying to schedule me. I woke up to more news about measles cases and decided it was unsafe to go in person since my baby would be with me. Got a letter being told I’m not welcome to schedule there anymore because of their system issue. You canceled my appointment half an hour before I expected the phone call, but I can’t be a protective mother without being fired before ever stepping foot on the premises. Ridiculous. I’m kind of glad this happened though. I cannot find a decent primary care office where I feel respected. It wouldn’t have been any different here, I’m sure. I was not made aware of any kind of policy about cancellations, but I was indeed told that the first cancellation wouldn’t be held against me. Very disappointed but not surprised.

Brittany Ellis is excellent. She is thorough, asks informed questions and genuinely cares. After searching for a new primary care physician after mine retired, I’m thrilled to have her as my new one. Brittany came highly recommended and I see why. The receptionists at the front desk were also very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Dr Conner Evins is the best! From his bedside manners and very thorough he takes his time and listens to all of your needs. You’ll never feel rushed and you’ll have a doctor that cares about your well-being and you couldn’t ask for anything more from a good doctor! Dr Patel is well known as well for being a outstanding doctor as well over 30yrs so if u can see either of these 2 doctors your in great hands!
