Prime Design Painting exceeds a 5 star rating based on the now completed full house painting project. Every aspect of the project exceeded my expectations. Bid Request: prompt, complete, and competitive with a clear electronic document. Interaction with owner and crew was flawless. No points of concern that were not promptly addressed. All daily Interactions with the onsite painting team were professional with a local supervisor there full time. Quality of the work was outstanding with people who knew their trade, were pleasant to talk to and were the neatest crew I ever used who cleaned up every day of the 7-DAY project. These guys were masking artists making straight, clean lines. I appreciate the great guidance in selection of paint used for all parts of the house. It is better to use higher quality paint when considering durability in the Florida climate. The best part of the experience was working with a honest contractor which tends to be problematic here in SW Florida.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS: Don’t even look for or compare Prime Design Painting with any other painters. They are simply the best in every way. They resurfaced my 25 year-old kitchen cabinets to look and feel brand new. They communicated the resurfacing process well from the start and accomplished everything they said they would, on-time and on-budget. I asked many questions before, during and after the project and they were always professional and patient in every way. I am so impressed with the high quality job they did, as well as the superb way they managed the overall process, which is methodical and clean. Prime design painting did an excellent job, painting our kitchen cabinets. Their workmanship was meticulous and flawless. They arrived early each morning as they travelled from Naples to Marco and stayed late each day to insure the deadline was met. They also cleaned up each day and when the job was finished they cleaned again. These are truly the best painters in the local area. If you have exterior or interior painting work, I highly recommend you call for a free quote. It’s a family business you can trust.

I asked a good friend who does home watches and is very particular for the name of a reliable great painting company since I had a roof leak and was needing to remove wall paper and repaint my bathroom. Little did I know it was way more than painting that needed to be done. After removing the wallpaper, it was discovered the drywall was soft from the water damage so now it turned out to be a total gut job of the wall down to the block wall. Prime Design Painting also does contracting work, thank goodness, and they were able to redo my bathroom wall and replace my vanity. We had issues with my insurance company and Prime Design was very patient and helpful with the adjuster’s many demands. All of the people working on my bathroom paid attention to detail and cleaned up after any work they did. Also every one was very nice to work with and were great at communicating throughout the remodel process. I would highly recommend Prime Design Painting for your painting and remodeling needs. They go the extra mile and try to accommodate your wishes. I opted to reuse my old counter top and mirror to save money. The room color was my choice because there is a bedroom that color right beside it. I love it but I am sure yellow is not for everyone. That entire wall was down to the concrete block from the leak and the remodeled room looks great now. I am very satisfied.
