Great service all around! The technician, Diego, arrived within the two hour window. Service was thorough and I wasn’t pressed into buying anything. After seeing what a great job was being done, I asked about service agreements. They did have one and the price is so affordable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

A neighbor highly recommended One Way Air after I was looking for a company to do routine ac service and I'm SO glad I called. Lacy scheduled my appt over the phone (within just a few days!) and explained the maintenance contract. She was incredibly patient and kind, emailed details of the service immediately, and quickly answered follow up questions. My service was completed 2 business days later by Luis. I can say enough good things about this technician. He arrived within the scheduled window and called 30 minutes before showing up. From the get-go I felt at ease with him being in my home. He explained everything before he started and was super friendly and approachable -so much that I felt like we had known each other for years rather than minutes. Unfortunately there was no short supply of mold found in my system which required an additional service and treatment, but because of Luis' obvious expertise and ability to explain/show things so well, I didn't even question the recommendation. He was also able to get the required service scheduled the next day as I was going out of town soon. Even with the obvious disappointment of a dirty system and an unanticipated treatment, I can't say I've ever had a better experience with a service company -and I've been a homeowner for 25 years. A lot of companies say they treat you like family, but One Way Air really does. 10/10 experience.
