Since my daughter, who was acting as my representative, has been told she cannot submit a review, I am writing to you directly as the patient involved. I experienced humiliation and mistreatment both in person and over the phone at your Brandon, FL clinic by your employee, Rosa, the receptionist. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, you have chosen to accept only her version of events and have gone as far as accusing my daughter of harassment. It is deeply concerning that rather than acknowledging the way I was treated, you are attempting to discredit us. No patient should ever feel forced to leave a public review due to poor service and unprofessional conduct. Patients deserve respect, dignity, and proper care at all times. If my daughter mistakenly selected the wrong clinic location when posting a review, it was an honest error, as we are new to the area. We acknowledged that mistake. Unfortunately, your response has not reflected the same level of accountability. The treatment I received was so distressing that my blood pressure increased significantly. This is unacceptable. Regardless of your position, this matter has been formally reported, and I will also be reporting the situation to Google to ensure the full context is documented. I sincerely hope this matter can conclude here, but I expect accountability and professionalism moving forward.

I am writing this review because it was extremely insulting and disrespectful for the person named Rosa, who works at the front desk of this place, to insult and try to humiliate my 68-year-old mother. She is only going to this clinic because she unfortunately suffered an accident, and for someone in that position to be so rude and unprofessional is unacceptable. I ask the representatives of this clinic to please evaluate the kind of service this person is providing, both over the phone and in person. On the phone, she always sounds upset and has even hung up calls. Maybe losing a patient is not a big concern for you, but this type of treatment is completely inappropriate and should be addressed. It is because of your response that she believes she can do whatever she wants and continue mistreating patients. Good luck with your employee, and I hope she does not keep lying the way she just did.

The staff is courteous, patient and understanding. They’ve been very flexible with my scheduling needs and understanding about things that were occurring in my life. I definitely recommend them to other people looking for Treatment.

I had a pleasant experience at this doctors office and I cannot recommend them highy enough. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The office is well kept which makes you feel even better through your visit. Awesome Doctor Lee as well as awesome staff thank you so much!
