We recently had our condo professionally cleaned and were unfortunately not happy with the results at all. Before the appointment, we clearly communicated our main priorities: the master shower, the fans, thorough mopping, the small lanai, and general dusting. The master shower looked great, which we appreciate, but several requested items were not completed. The ceiling fans still had dust on them (one wasn’t dusted at all), the lanai fence wasn’t cleaned (only the glass doors were cleaned), the kitchen and laundry floors didn’t appear to be properly mopped, and the laundry room still had residue and dust. It also seemed time was spent on lower priority tasks like vacuuming floors/furniture and cleaning bathrooms we didn’t really need, while the main items were left incomplete. Our condo is small (about 1,000 sq ft) and already clean except for the areas we specifically requested, so we don’t feel it was unreasonable for two cleaners to complete these priorities within two hours. After the visit, the manager told us the work isn’t guaranteed, the cleaners did what they could in the time, and no one would return to fix anything unless we paid. UPDATE: after we mentioned disputing the charge and leaving a review, they did send the cleaners back, but there were still issues, the fans still had dust and there was grime on the floor near the oven and refrigerator and the lanai still wasn’t what we had asked for. I sent photos, but the response focused on the two hour limit rather than the missed priorities. When I called again, I felt my concerns were brushed off even after they saw the pictures. Although the manager agreed it still didn’t look right, the only resolution offered was $50 off. I requested $100 instead of a full refund of $250 because the only reason we hired the service was to get the things done that I can’t do myself and the manager shut me down and told me to dispute the charge if I wanted to pursue it further and was not issued even the $50 refund. Update 2: The manager reached back out to me again and said that they weren’t able to reach the fans to clean them properly and that’s why, but the duster that they had was long enough to reach the ceiling above the fan so I know that that’s not true and when I pointed that out to her, she said that they needed to be able to hand clean the fans which doesn’t make any sense because on their website they offer fan cleaning. Them not being able to clean the fans was not disclosed to me at all when I talked to them when they came in and said I wanted our fans cleaned Or even the second time when they came back to re-clean the fans. Overall, we’re extraordinarily disappointed with both the quality of the cleaning and how the situation was handled. The photos included are from after the second visit.

The team from Molly Maid worked tirelessly to clean our move-in home, and the results were outstanding. They made everything shine and went above and beyond, especially with tough grease stains in the ovens—they got them completely clean. Toilets looked new. Every surface was dusted, floors were mopped, and the whole house felt fresh, spotless, and ready to move into. Great price too! Highly recommend their attention to detail and professionalism.

Overall, the team did a very thorough cleaning job and left the house looking great. They clearly put a lot of effort into the cleaning, and most areas were cleaned to a high standard. My main concerns were the cost and a few frustrating oversights. They requested an additional hour of cleaning time, which increased an already expensive service, yet none of the closet floors were vacuumed. Given the extra time and cost, that felt difficult to justify. They also put the stove knobs back on incorrectly and moved several items around, which made it harder to find things afterward. I'm sure the company would have offered to come back and address these issues, but the missed items were minor enough that it wasn't worth scheduling another visit. Still, for the price charged and the extra hour requested, I expected more attention to those details. Despite these issues, the overall cleaning was thorough and professional. With a bit more care on the finishing touches, this would have been a 5-star experience.

My wife and I live in North Naples and have used Molly Maid for many years. I felt it necessary to tell folks what a wonderful organization they are. First, of course, is the cleaning itself. The job they job is simply excellent!! The condo it left spotless. Next would be the scheduling. Calling the office and scheduling cleaning on desired days is smooth. When I call to schedule, I open my calendar and they open theirs. Then desired dates and times are agreed upon. Easy. And finally one of the best attributes is that the crews show up when they are scheduled to clean. We all know that some times issues do arise. But with Molly Maid, they contact you ahead of time if there needs to be a re-schedule. And the same thing applies if the customer has had a change and needs to re-schedule. The organization is very dependable and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Molly Maid.
