Joe Uccello is my attorney and he has truly gone to bat for me like if I were his family. It’s not just my Attorney it’s everyone at Mickey Keenan, even when you make that first call you are greeted on the phone with Natalie with the warmest greeting. They are all a team that work together to help you with anything that you need. Janet Castro client satisfaction, Specialist, She is wonderful and will help you with absolutely anything that you might need help with, she will check in on you periodically, or she will just sit on the phone with you and be that listening ear when you just need someone to listen. Alexandra Suarez, case manager( she has one of the biggest Hearts of anyone that you could ever meet and will fight for you with everything she has in her. Once your case starts coming to a close, I had the pleasure of meeting Nikki Ferguson closing Specialist, she is meticulous and will go over your case under a microscope to make sure that absolutely nothing has been missed or overlooked down to the absolute last detail. I rarely write reviews but this is different. I was in an accident over a year ago to no fault of my own. After the accident I was referred to Mickey Keenan P.A. through a friend. That was the best decision I made. I was able to do everything I needed either over the phone or via Zoom calls. This made it so easy seeing as though I was in terrible pain for months after the accident. I was always treated as a priority every time I called. Every single person on the staff is professional and treat you like you’d want to be treated. I’ve had friends tell me horror stories from other attorneys. Mr. Keenan is a down to earth and personable guy. Never felt like I was talking to an attorney. From day one till the time I write this review they made this as easy as possible for me. I will highly recommend this law office to friends and family.
