We contacted Sean on a Thursday to look at some broken tiles that need attention and some work that was done on the roof by previous owner that was subpar. He showed up and gave us a quote and showed up Monday and did an awesome job! What we liked about Sean is number one he showed up and did exactly what he said he was going to do, can’t ask for anything more! We did call his competitor first and was told they were too busy to do roof repairs yet all their trucks and equipment were parked at their shop!
Sean is incredibly well-versed in roofing & provides an education first experience like no other. This is 100% the company you want to hire for your roofing needs!
Needed a roof repair for leaks in the flashing around my cupola. Sean was able to identify the source of the damage and he and his crew proceeded to remove the transition flashing and first course of material and then re-install and seal the wall transition flashing. He also noticed that three of the roof vents were showing signs of rust. He had them sanded, sealed, primed and painted. Sean also provided completion photos and a roof walk video for possible future insurance purposes. All in all, I was very satisfied with his work and price. Marco Island, FL
