Maid Brigade Tampa is consistently on top of things and very organized with scheduling cleanings! I’m always able to reach them and they reply promptly. The team does great cleanings and are always so kind and respectful! Would highly recommend their services!

They charged me $190 for 2 hours 45 minutes of work. Pieces of furniture were left without being dusted. There was visible debris on my tile and wood floors and dog fur on the carpets and furniture. When I called the first thing they said was "we don't give refunds" and became frustrated with me because I wasn't willing to leave work and drive home so that they could send the cleaning crew back over. Very disappointed in the service provided not to mention the customer service. Eventually they did offer me a $15 credit.... and I cancelled my service contract.

It’s been 2 plus years- and we are always pleased. We absolutely enjoy the services provided by team 11-lovely professionals, warm smiles and always happy to be around. I especially appreciate them since I have a crazy home filled with three children and two pets, and they come into our home with grace and delight. Special shout out to Minerva and Emma ❤️
