My gate latch was broken. I called and received a quote based off pictures I sent. 5 days later, my gate was good as new. Communication and service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I love my new fence!!! Don and Phillip are two of the nicest and professional people I've met since moving to Texas. They arrived early for the initial appointment and gave me an excellent quote. This was a relief after having two representatives from other companies no-show, three who never returned my calls and two more that never sent the quotes they promised. The crew that installed my fence arrived on the scheduled date and wasted no time in getting to work. The crew was professional, courteous and thorough with the clean up. The materials used are obviously of very high quality. I highly recommend Lifetime Fence and Roofing Company because of the quality of workmanship and professionalism.

We loved our experience from start to completion. We were looking for a company that could deliver quality with creativity at an affordable price and found it with Lifetime Fence. Our home is mid century modern and most of the fence companies we interviewed had trouble thinking outside the box to get the look and function we wanted. The craftsmen were also extremely flexible when we asked for last minute changes. Julian our project manager was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. We are extremely pleased with the build results and our neighbors are raving about how amazing the fence looks. We also liked that the company is veteran owned.

Our old dilapidated fence is no more and our house has that beautiful curb appeal we wanted - thanks to Lifetime Fence! Andrea and Jenny were both extremely helpful and very friendly during conversations with the front office. Brian made getting our estimate easy and clear-cut and took the extra minute to look at our neighbors fence as well. We decided to move forward from quote to installation and had our original install date set (only 10 days later!) before Brian ever left. Due to the unpredictable Texas weather, our installation was rescheduled - unfortunately. Though we had some complications come installation day - each phone call made to Lifetime was handled by Jenny with the utmost care. She truly understood my frustrations and was sympathetic to them and did all she could to make things right. The Installation crew that arrived was courteous and ensured everything was complete to my liking. They completed the installation and clean-up/removal quickly and efficiently. All around great Customer Service from start to finish - satisfied Customer!

Quality = Good; Price = High but not too bad; Customer Service = Poor; The fence replacement project did not get a good start because there was no owner to the project after we signed the contract with the sales person. It seems like they are overloaded with too many projects. After many phone calls it finally got going but it was 3 weeks later before it started. The installation process was bumpy too. There were many issues and they left trash in my yard. They did came back to address all of those and I am happy with the quality of the work. It seems they hired sub contractors do all their work. They do have warranty on the fence and I hope I get better CS experience in the future. 3 stars for now and will come back in a year to update my rating.
