Been using Kobie Kooling for 4 years, I like how they keep in touch and that they have respectable service technicians and a friendly scheduling team. The technicians have NEVER pushed me into any repairs, they keep reminding me of the age and future potential issues as well as take care of the minor ones that keep my AC working great. i know when my unit finally bites the dust, i will be using Kobie to install a new one.

Great experience from start to finish. I got 3 quotes to replace our AC system. Kobie Kooling came in the most reasonable. More importantly, they took the time to evaluate the system I already had and questioned why I was running a 4 ton unit. The unit was there when we purchased the home. Mike walked around to 4 or 5 identical homes on our street and showed me that the other homes were running a 2 or 3 ton system. Install team was on time, polite and had the new system up and running in hours. Install area was left spotless.
