This review is for the Safety Harbor front desk office staff of Dr. Joseph. The staff used an incorrect date when requesting my Humana referral, and we had a delay while they requested a new referral. No one provided me with any form of Pre-Injection Instructions when I left my initial consult with Dr. Joseph, I was unaware that I could not take my multi-vitamin for 7 days prior to my scheduled injection. After driving an hour to the appt, I was turned away. His PA, Nancy, repeatedly told me I was wrong about something, including my insistence about not getting the proper instructions, She is extremely impolite and condescending. I will find another surgeon rather than have to work with her again. It’s unfortunate, as I understand Dr Joseph is good.
Dr. Nguyen was absolutely amazing. After finally determining the cause of my arm and feet tingling, weakness, instability was related to severe cervical stenosis, they got me scheduled for a consult within a week and was ended scheduled for ACDF surgery only 2.5 weeks later. The relief was virtually instantaneous after surgery including back pain I was dealing with for ages. Can’t say enough about how great the entire staff was in person, when contacting via phone and text.
I went here to get a second opinion on my lower back herniation. I was not impressed being in a little room in a huge building during check in , no chairs to sit . They charged my insurance $1600 for a 17 min talk with a dr that rushed out , I will never be back. What a scam
This institution is very supportive, flexible, and reliable. Have yet to encounter scheduling issues, mistreatment, or misconduct in the multiple offices I have attended. Friendly receptionists, professional coworkers, no issues. Always helps with pain management whenever I receive injections or an ablation. Thank you!
When I first visited Joseph Spine I was in severe pain and today I can live a pain free happy life. Thank you Dr Chattejee.
