We've worked with Jennifer several times as buyers and now for the first time as sellers. Whether buying or selling, Jennifer will do a great job helping you figure out your goals and then work relentlessly to make sure you get exactly what you want or more. She did a great job of identifying what kind of buyer wanted our property. She was able to solicit multiple offers in a short period of time in a tough market. She identified which buyers were the strongest candidates, was a savvy negotiator, and did everything she could to make sure the deal stayed on track through closing. In the end we closed ahead of schedule for more than we had initially expected! Above all that, Jennifer has a wonderful personality, is easy to work with, and is someone you can trust.
