Carlos came in and diagnosed the problem after examining the fan. It turned out to be a very simple adjustment of the remote control, and once that was done, the ceiling fan worked perfectly. The remote was reset to the correct codes, and no replacement or extensive repairs were needed. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and quick solution provided. Integrity Electric completed a tough job replacing my outside electrical box requiring coordination with FPL and line tracing services. Had extra work bringing my connection up to code. Took some time, but they communicated well and did a good job.
