Second time working with Nathan (first was a gas leak, this time a leaking water heater that needed full replacement) and once again, outstanding!!! 🤩🙌 Nathan and Steven are the REAL DEAL ❤️🔥💪 Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and calm under pressure. They are not “hungry.” They laid out every honest option, explained the pros and cons clearly, and let me decide without a hint of upselling or pressure 🥰That level of transparency is rare. I was having issues with my kitchen faucet leaking and decided the whole thing needed to be replaced. I called this company and they were able to come out very quickly. The technician that came was Raul Sanchez. He was very nice and knowledgeable and he was able to do the job quickly with no problems. He gave me some tips and tricks for the future and I felt comfortable during the entire process. The pricing was very straight forward and I feel as if it was fair. I would definitely use this company again in the future!!
Mark Miehe, who provided our services, was very communicative about what the quote and the work to be done. He was very thorough with explaining everything and came out to complete a few small things afterwards. Excellent and very thorough.
Great company with fair pricing. My technician was awesome. Showed up the same day I called which was a Saturday. Gave me a very fair price. I agreed to the price and he stayed until after dark to complete the repairs so I could have water in my house again. No extra emergency charges and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.
I used this His and Hers via the warranty service via OUC( I recommend you add it and always request this company!!) and I must say that the entire experience has been Excellent. The staff made a what I thought was a nightmare (finding a leak in what i thought was my closet , that was really my shower due to shoddy work on a previous remodel project) manageable. They were attentive, listened to me through my frustration and took the time out to diagnose the issue and provide me with over the top solution and service. The came out so fast and got the job done. I would recommend and will use them for any plumbing need I have. They are customer oriented and service determined. Special thanks to Steven, Dee, David , Jason my new best friend and Felix who worked magic!!!! If you ever need service this is who you should call. Thank you so much guys, you are the best!!!
