I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing for almost 20 years and have usually been very satisfied with the service. This time was no exception given the technician, Juan, was amazing. He properly took care of an outside faucet issue that was "repaired" previously 24 months before. I noticed my outside faucet was slightly spraying water from the "repair part" recommended two years prior. In April 2024, I called Harvey Baker Plumbing to fix this faucet as it was leaking from the knob at the time. A young gentleman came and said he did not have the part on his vehicle to replace it (something to do with the pipe size), but he could "repair" it. However, I would not be able to turn the water on and off from the faucet knob. He said the nozzle at the end of the hose would serve as the on/off mechanism. When I discovered the current leak, I called and the receptionist said she could get someone out between 12-2 the next day. I explained the previous situation above and said I definitely want the faucet "replaced" this time. She looked up my previous invoice and said she would note on the ticket the faucet should be replaced rather than repaired. Next day, she called again and said she could have the technician come out earlier if I was available. I said I was and Juan came 15 minutes later, a little after 10am. He was a joy to work with, smiling and providing great conversation and expertise! I explained everything and he said he had the necessary part to rectify the leak. He did a great job. When I got the invoice, I noticed the parts only cost $33 compared to the "repair" part of $10. I was surprised the previous gentleman couldn't drive 4 miles to the office to get the necessary part and recommended the "repair" instead. I estimated I could have saved approximately $200 of labor charges had the work been properly completed the first time. I would have requested the previous technician get the necessary part had I known the difference in part costs was minimal. At least the "repair" lasted 2 years. I will probably continue to use Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future, but I'll make sure I request a more seasoned technician like Juan next time. Final note - Harvey Baker Plumbing now charges a 3% credit card fee on the invoice, which was not their practice previously. It was not a big deal to me ($7.75), and I understand a family business would prefer cash or a check. If I have a major plumbing issue in the future, at least now I am aware of the added fee.

I highly recommend Harvey baker plumbing. We have used them several times and they have always had great prices and the availability to get the job done. We just had a re-pipe done and they sent out 2 awesome guys (Wayne and Brandon) to do the job. The house and plumbing is really old so it was expected to have a few hiccups along the way and the guys stayed dedicated and focused to completing the job efficiently. They were knowledgeable and super friendly. They certainly went the extra mile and never gave up. I am a very picky person and like things done my way and they accommodated every one of my kinda silly requests within the job details. I will be requesting these 2 guys in the future. Harvey Baker Plumbing is the plumber to call for all your plumbing needs. As a company they are amazing and the staff is equally amazing. 10 stars!

So incredibly happy with Harvey Baker Plumbing! Called them with a clogged kitchen drain line needing cleared, they got me on the schedule right away and the plumber Tyler was at my home in a few hours! Took care of the problem right away and left me better than new. I could not be happier with the service provided, from the office to the plumber. Everyone was friendly and prompt and knowledgeable, which goes a very long way for me. I will absolutely be using them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Their pricing is fantastic and highly competitive. Again, also want to shout out Tyler for being friendly, helpful, and doing an excellent job! 5 stars!

Excellent company to do business with. They were on time, had the necessary equipment and parts and were pleasant and courteous. They were also considerate of my residence, cleaning up after the work was completed and they came in under the competitor's estimates. I will continue doing business with Harvey in thje future and recommend without hesitation to anyone needing plumbing work. Top shelf work.
