This was my first time at this establishment, and it was a great experience. Hannah at the front desk was awesome—very polite and helpful, especially for being new. Dr. Smith was excellent as well. I was in and out in just 30 minutes. The entire team was efficient and incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back when I need them again.
This is my first time going to Greenville ENT and the office staff that checked me in was great, the nurses were very helpful and friendly and the doctor was very polite and helpful. After talking and looking at the issue the doctor informed me on what was the problem and what the next steps would need to be taken. I gave them a four star because the only issue that I had was having the medication that the doctor wanted me to take was never sent to my pharmacy even after calling the medical office three times and still the issue was never resolved.
Dr. McLear and Dr. Cooter have been wonderful as I’ve been a patient the past year. I originally saw Dr. McLear and he listened so well, and immediately got to work trying to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately I ended up needing surgery which is when I met Dr. Cooter. He did an amazing job on my surgery and my quality of life has improved incredibly. I’m almost 4 months post op and am healing well. I have no more pain, am able to sleep through the night, and so much more. I am so thankful for this team and am forever grateful!
Always a pleasant experience. Have seen Dr. Cooter for many years and his staff is great. Allergy Department is outstanding. The allergy nurse Ashley really took the time to explain the process of test and was very knowledgeable. Enjoyable experience.
What an outstanding office of caring, competent health care professionals. The front desk staff is friendly and very efficient. Amber Ward, PA and her nurse Cameron were amazing as they helped me during a little health care crisis in their office. I felt like I was being cared for by family as they efficiently helped me. I spoke with two of the physicians while I was there and that same level of care seems to be the norm for everyone in their office. This office is different from many in the best possible way!
