Been seeing Dr. Intile for about 5 months now, he always listens and gives recommendations. Dr. Branscomb is amazing, available pretty much any time you need him, he makes times for you and listens to his patients. As far as location staff, Karina is rude and rushed. I told her my pads were no longer on and she told me she could see that they were so I sat on the table for 10 minutes with half of the treatment.... Ashley on the other hand is AMAZING! I have to bring my kid with me most times and she does a great job not only making sure that my treatment is correct and ensuring I am getting relief but also makes sure that while I am getting treatment, my son is occupied. Every appt I have when Ashley is there, I have true peace of mind and can focus on getting better, every doctors office should have a few Ashley's!

I've been coming to Grappin Clinic since April 2023 (4+months) and the staff have always taken great care of me! Dr. Matt has answered any questions relating to my accident and always been open and honest with my recovery. The girls have always worked with my schedule, got me in and out every time! Will continue my time with them until I feel ready and without pain.
