I am Edwin Berben (Naples FL), and I had called Freedom Residential, and received a quick call back time, and same day appointment. It was excellent customer service. Josh assessed the situation and the next day his crew had put in a new central air unit. If anyone is looking for fast, reliable, and fair AC personnel, look no further!
Too many problems. Will not use again. Had them out for routine maintenance. Less than 24 hours after the tech left I had water leaking from the unit in the ceiling. Claimed to not have been glued properly form a unit that is 12 years old and has never leaked…then refused to pay for the damage to the ceiling. Pictures attached - you be the judge - not glued from 12 years prior or stepped on and broken .. will not trust anything from him again.
Gordon and his team did a wonderful job for us. After several HVAC companies failed to correct an issue we were having with the air quality in our home, Gordon checked everything and made a diagnosis that seemed logical. He is very knowledgeable and explained clearly the problem and solution. The whole 30-year-old ductwork was replaced in a timely and neat manner. And when we had questions, he was always there. We will always recommend Freedom Residential for any HVAC replacements or service.

I want to thank Freedom Residential HVAC Air Conditioner Repair. Because of the low temperatures, the heater in my house wasn't working. I went on Facebook and found their number, and within an hour they came to the house and fixed it. It was a blessing because my house was very cold.
