Tamara Porter,APRN was excellent. She takes the time to listen to patient concerns. She takes the time to educate her patients as well. I was a new patient and also had a procedure done. It went fantastic and I healed well. I immediately switched my children from their previous dermatology to her. Would definitely recommend her to friends and family. The rest of the staff is great as well!!!
Very friendly & efficient office visit this morning. Dr. Badia & Courtney & office staff make you feel welcomed & it helped me a lot due to my anxiety around medical procedures. I came in for a mole removal & scheduled a sebaceous cyst removal. The procedure was quick & painless & they let my husband stay in room with me. We are very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this skin doctor to anyone who has an issue with your skin. Thank you Mr & Mrs Ryan Smith
I was greeted upon arrival by the receptionist Angie. I was a little nervous due to it being my first visit but the receptionist was very calm and patient with me. She was the cutest. Dr. Bailey was EXCELLENT! She listened to my concerns and my little rant. She examined my issues and came up with a plan. The best part is that she included my ideas in her plan. My first experience here was definitely 1000/10. Oh, I can’t forget about the ice cold mini fridge filled with drinks in the lobby!

I cannot recommend this dermatology practice based on my experience. The office was chaotic and poorly managed, and the staff’s lack of professionalism was evident throughout my visit. It often appeared that employees didn’t know what they were doing, leading to confusion, delays, and a frustrating experience. Patients deserve clear communication, competent staff, and an organized office, and unfortunately, this practice fell well short of those expectations. I hope they invest in better training and improve their overall operations. This was one of the most disorganized medical offices I’ve visited. I would not return or recommend this office based on my experience. Rather than being helpful or courteous, several employees came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which made an already stressful medical visit even more unpleasant. 0/10.
