We are very pleased with our new no-see-um screens. Dan did an excellent job. He gave us a quote and scheduled the job for a few days later. But I received a call from him a hour later. He had time that same day. Dan was very professional and also very personable. Excellent work at a fair price by a nice guy. What more can anyone ask for. I recommend Dan with no reservations.
Dan was great to work with. He came and spent time examining our lanai cage, offering suggestions and provided us with a very detailed, itemized list of things we could consider, all while assuring us that our current cage was structurally secure. He was not high pressure like so many others. His quote was fair and the work done by his employees was fast and efficient. Everyone we dealt with were very professional. We will definitely refer friends to Dan and Fix It Fast for cage and screen repairs.
First, I really detest giving five stars, but these cats earned every one of them. During the estimate, Dan pointed out deficiencies I was not even aware of, but no worries, they promised to correct them all. Fast, efficient, used Made in the USA screen with a warranty, workers were amiable and good communicators. Post installation I was alerted to an issue from the original installation. The workers gladly took the time to remedy the issue (which was not part of the job scope). What more could you ask for? Their company does not Jack you for the money up front, it is a business built upon trust. When the job is completed AND you are satisfied, then you pay. The workers were such honest, fine young men… I asked if I could adopt them. Perhaps not, but shoring them is a pleasure!
Dan Green with Fix It Fast always does a great job! He really does fix it fast and at a reasonable price. He has also helped us with finding the right people to help with other maintenance and repair jobs. This is a company you’ll want to keep in your permanent list!
