Was really looking for a fun energetic new hairdresser for my teenager who want pink color and highlights among other services in coming months. Started with a cut to see how we liked it. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The cut was fine but no enthusiasm, no sales pitch, I paid for blow dry and the stylist decided not to do it and they couldn’t refund but said maybe a manager could later. I was hoping for a better experience. The stylist who cut my younger daughters hair was similar experience ok cut but clear she didn’t want to be there.

Have been coming here for 5 years. Always receive great service! Scott, Adam, Shelly are why I invest the amount I do here. Lately however, they are unable to keep staff and I have been shuffled around. If this was a discount shop, I recognize you get what you pay for, however, when I’m charged top Salon prices, coming from a family of successful hair designers in New York City. I suspect I should receive top salon service. It’s really very basic if I make an appointment at 5 PM that would be when my Hair Designer would be ready give or take 10 minutes or so When I’m five or 10 minutes late, I get a telephone call asking me where I am however, I show up for my appointment and my Hair Designer is running 40 minutes late so I get someone who just started to fill in Now here I am getting a redo. I don’t want to redo. I want it right the first time. This cost them money and my time which my time is money!!! Come on guys get it together! It is getting weary. I truly love them. They’re great operation sharing this because Customer service is my business.

Update: Shelley the Salon manager reached out and set me up with a stylist to make things right. The cut will grow out, but we got the color and the shape of the look corrected with blending and texturing and toning. The conversation was pleasant and friendly. I left happy and I will return for my next cut and color. I am so heartbroken 💔 over the experience i had at the salon this evening. Ive been coming to this (cypress lake) and the Dani Dr. Locations for over a decade. Tonight was the worst visit yet. I gave a picture to the stylist, she confidently said she could give me what I wanted a bob with layers and a few highlights around my crown. What I got is a blond rocker spaniel doo. Cindy my stylist told me every thing going wrong in hers, her children's, and her grand children's life, all while she would have been focusing on my hair. I can not believe I spent 180 plus a 20 dollar tip (she mentioned no one tips) on this terrible style that will take me months to grow out and correct.

I had a great experience for my birthday at fantastic sams! Huyen was amazing, she gave me the best haircut I have ever had, exactly what I asked for but better. I would highly recommend her! I had a wash, cut, and dry service. (She suggested some products that have also helped me get the best out of my hair) Walked out happy and feeling amazing, I am still in love with my haircut❤️ Thank you Huyen you are #1 the BEST!!
