I had a great experience with Evan the technician. He is knowledgeable and seems very dedicated and loyal to his employer. First, though, I was expecting an answering service when I called since it was evening. I got a human to talk to. Then I got a call from Evan introducing himself and confirming what was wrong with my AC. He followed up on the office call on appointment day to verify the time of arrival. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem, and verified system parameters. I was enough satisfied that I signed up for the yearly 2x service. I am able to request Evan for all my future services. Elite is a 5star company.
Transparently had a less than pleasant first impression with their tech who came out for a. emergency call (capacitor was fried). Negotiated a prepaid maintenance to get the price down on the repair and overall wasn't planning to sticking with the company after that period. My last service was with a Tech named Gus and he restored my opinion of this company. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and honest on what he recommended, and more importantly, what he recommended I shouldn't do. Based on my interaction with Gus, I decided to renew my maintenance plan and as my system is due for replacement soon, will likely work with Elite to do so. If you need an HVAC company, ask for Gus at Elite!
Was having problems with a new system not due to installation.. Always quick to respond, answer the phone, and schedule at my convenience. Problem is always solved, Evan Is a great tech, Always explains things thoroughly in his communication is great. So far very happy with Elite.
Gus was wonderful, polite, enthusiastic, and very professional. He was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing. Great service! We will definitely continue using Elite Air and Gus!
Amazing work. Evan the worker/installer/repair guy is great!! So, cordial and really knows his stuff. Their service is amazing and we needed a new unit before we called them. Their install was great and very professional. We are thrilled. Would recommend them 100 percent!
