I’ve used Doc Watts for my Generac generator maintenance for a few years now. I’ve been very impressed. They’re very responsive whenever I have an issue and come out quickly. The Tech that’s come out twice is very professional and trustworthy. His name is Jonathan Kaufman. I know this because they send you a text when they’re on the way and say who is coming. Jonathan goes the extra mile and I hope I continue to get him. He had the part I needed right on the van so no need for a follow-up, which is nice. He’s very knowledgeable about Generac generators and is very trustworthy when it comes to what’s wrong and needed. I highly recommend Doc Watts.

The entire team at Doc Watts did an excellent job with our installation, inspections, troubleshooting, service, scheduling, billing and more. The service scheduling was attentive and accommodating. ALL of the techs sent out were polite, well mannered and very knowledgeable. The follow up and assurance of our satisfaction was sincere and genuine. I'm very glad I found a locally owned, family owned company where customers not only come first but they are treated like their job is important to them no matter the size.
