We use Diamond Shine for a rental unit. We don’t live in town, which can make everything difficult for obvious reasons, but they make their part in the process so easy. We can trust that our property will be appropriately ready for our next guests every time. They also go out of their way to be helpful!
Alex and his team are amazing. We use them exclusively for over 35 homes that we manage for short term rentals. He always steps up when needed most and communicates flawlessly! Highly recommended!
They did come on a Sunday which I appreciated. The husband and wife team worked well together. We were very pleased with his efforts and work ethics. On Monday the husband and wife team arrived with another cleaner. They were here less than three hours. We are now finding many areas that were totally skipped. We felt we tipped everyone generously. We tried to discuss the bill with the owner but we're less than happy with our results, this the lower rating.
