The steak and chicken were amazing ever thing else we had was okay. Service was okay cause it was a crowded night. But they could have been a bit more attentive with the drinks and clearing up the plate for our section. The atmosphere was nice and chill really love their vibe I will give them that.
Great food with generous portions, and everything came out right on time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Music was a bit loud and tables are very close together, making conversation difficult. Hostess could be warmer when welcoming guests.
🎄 Christmas at Delilah: Stunning Vibes, Average Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📍 Delilah – Christmas Season Experience Finally got a peek into Delilah during Christmas time 🎄✨ Let’s be honest — this place is all about the vibes. Atmosphere: ✨ The holiday decorations are festive, cute, and very photo-worthy. 📸 December is the only time photos are allowed, which makes the experience feel extra special. 🎶 Music, crowd, and overall ambiance were amazing. Drinks: • 🍹 Sunset Spritz (Non-Alcoholic) – Sounded great (grapefruit + non-alcoholic wine) but was extremely bitter. Couldn’t finish it. • 🍸 Ketel One Martini – My husband loved it. • 💄 Clausmopolitan – My friend really enjoyed this one. • 🍾 Champagne Papi – Light, refreshing, and zesty. Solid choice. Food: • 🦞 Lobster Rolls – Good, but nothing special. • 🍗 Chicken Tenders – Crispy outside but no flavor inside. Expected much more since it’s a “specialty.” • 🌽 Roasted Sweet Corn – Surprisingly my favorite dish of the night. Simple and delicious. • 🍄 Hen of the Woods Mushrooms – Another standout. Very flavorful and enjoyable. • 🐟 Roasted Branzino – Okay, but bland and disappointing for the price. • 🍝 Maine Lobster Cavatelli – Great flavors and generous portion, but extremely salty. Overall: 💸 Very overpriced for the quality of food. 🍽️ Would I come for the food? Probably not. ✨ Would I come back for the atmosphere, music, and Christmas magic? Absolutely.
Alex Steel is, without question, one of the best hospitality professionals in Los Angeles. Every time I visit Delilah, he goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is exceptional. What always stands out is his attention to detail—he somehow remembers exactly what everyone in my group likes and anticipates our needs before we even have to ask. He even remembers my drink down to the last detail, and lord knows I love a complicated order. I’ve also had the pleasure of being served by Alex at several other restaurants throughout the city, and his level of service is consistently outstanding no matter where he is. He brings a genuine warmth, professionalism, and expertise that elevates the entire dining experience. Delilah is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Alex on their team. In an industry where great service can make all the difference, Alex sets the standard. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in excellent hands.
The overall atmosphere and interior design were pleasant and well thought out; however, as the evening progressed, the area around the bar became extremely crowded while dinner service was still ongoing. The food was generally average and did not reflect a particularly chef-driven or gourmet character. The branzino I ordered as a main course was surprisingly full of bones, which was quite unexpected for a venue at this level.
