After a long day of travel, we had a wonderful dinner at Davide Italian Cafe. Our waiter, Fabrizio, was a steward of service, incredibly accommodating, and undoubtedly kind. We had the burrata and calamari appetizers, both of which were superb, followed by the branzino and veal cutlet, also fantastic. Fabrizio guided us to select a lovely bottle of wine, which we were able to take home and accompanies us as we write this review. Unsuspecting in outward appearance, the confines of the restaurant are teeming with life and the comfort of warm company at your behest. Cheers and see you soon.
We always feel like we’re part of the family when we go. We enjoy takeout during the busy season and love having quiet evenings in the summer.
Plenty of staff and generally attentive service. Ate outside, but no special ambiance. Tables are small. We were a group of three and it was crowded with plates and bread.
