Professionals from start to finish! Mike was a true pleasure to work with. He called and emailed me about the free quote and explained the entire process of what the team will do for the install and how their work warranty is top quality. His site visit was also very memorable putting any fears my wife and I had about this undertaking. The install team was amazing a well. They reviewed the plan with me and checked with me for any adjustments to make the project move along with no interruption. They were very quick and professional. The photos speak fur themselves. Highly recommended and will use them again when we look to replace the rest of the fence. 10 out of 10!

My initial interview therir sales person went extremely well. Ryan was thorough while talking me through the process from beginning to end I felt extremely satisfied withe the presentation. Ryan was a professional who was extensively familiar with his company and their products. Installation . All materials were on site prior to start date. The crew showed up on time and myself and the crew supervisor did a walkthrough. The install was completed in one day and me all my expectations . I’m a completely satisfied customer. Without hesitation I give a 5 star recommendation to DanDale Fence Co.

RYAN did an amazing job with our quote today! He had so much knowledge and truly helped us plan out the best options for our fence. We dont have the simplest of projects and he was able to show us the best way to get it done. He did not judge our situation and made us feel comfortable enough to go for it! Thank you! Update! The fence is complete! Its beautiful a d it was up in ONE DAY! My two autistic daughters will be safe in their own environment now. With pool grade gates and an area just for the dog, we can wait to keep working on the yard and spend our days outside!

We had a terrible experience with DanDale Fence, and it comes down entirely to poor project management—specifically Connor. Outside of project management our sales rep SETH was amazing he completely sold us on this company just to be completely disappointed each step after by the back end of the business. On Monday, April 6th, Connor confirmed our project would start April 8th with an arrival time between 8:30–9:30 AM. That time came and went no crew. Then we were told 12 PM… then 1 PM… then 2 PM… and they still didn’t show up until after 4 PM. When the crew finally arrived, they told us they didn’t even know they were scheduled for our job that day. The same thing happened again on Friday. Another late arrival, more poor communication, and we had to push just to get the project finished ending with them working until around 8:30 PM. Including them calling an extra guy out. Let that sink in: a “professional” company charging tens of thousands of dollars couldn’t even properly schedule or communicate a basic install. From start to finish, we felt like an afterthought something squeezed in at the end of the day if there was time. If your schedule is that disorganized, don’t book the job. We are truly, truly disappointed. This wasn’t a small inconvenience this was a complete failure in planning and management. To be clear, the crew themselves were excellent. They worked hard, were professional, and the fence looks great. They are the only reason this review isn’t even worse. But you are not paying DanDale for just labor you are paying for management, coordination, and a smooth experience. Connor failed at all of it. At this point, we now have the crew’s information for future projects, and we will never hire a company like DanDale again. You’re paying a premium for mismanagement nothing more. If you value your time, your money, and basic communication, look elsewhere. Let’s also mention they had a minor out here basically running our job… he was more professional and had better customer service than Connor They weren’t given our plans for the job when they arrived Wednesday only a screenshot on their phone. when the job was completed Connor hadn’t even given our crew the correct paperwork for us to sign it was an already signed document from another customer for another job EXTREMELY POOR PROJECT MANAGENT
