This cook out is just bad and disgusting as easley. Was out to eat with my mom and dad cant sit down at a table right away because we are having to wipe it off. Trashcan over flowing. Trash all over the floor and tables not clean. Windows are nasty and disgusting. And we will not be eating at this cook out again not even the one at easley because it is the same way. But with seeing what the dinning room looks like i begin to wonder what does the kitchen look like and with the way the loby looked after seeing that it makes you not want to eat there. Here are some pictures that i took tonight while there with my parents

Underrated spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The burgers are consistently good, the fries hit the spot, and the shakes are excellent. It is also one of the better values around if you are looking for something filling without spending much. Orders come out fast and it is easy to grab a meal and get back to your day. If there is any downside, it would be presentation. Nothing here is fancy and everything is clearly focused on speed and value. That said, it fits the style of the place and is easy to overlook once you start eating.

Pretty annoying that we have been disappointed the last 2 times going to this location. We only ever order milkshakes because they are cheap and have a variety of flavors. Well, the last 2 times we have been, neither of the milkshakes are completely full. They have been at least 2 inches from the top of the cup. Now I know prices are low here, but when I pay for a full milkshake, I should receive a full milkshake...... So, each time, I take off the lid and check and when I ask them to please fill it up, it just has got filled with basic plain vanilla ice cream and doesn't even get re mixed. I guess we will just have to find a new spot for milkshakes because it doesn't seem like they care.

I went to the drive-thru to place my order. Started to tell the young lady my order. She repeated the first item back and it was wrong so I told her again and then went ahead with the rest of my order. I had ordered 3 trays and an extra burger. She told me the price and it didn't seem right. At the window there was another lady and I asked her what I had ordered. I told her that we were missing a tray. The girl that took my order came to the window, seemed to have had some kind of attitude and told me that I only ordered the 2 trays and burger. My passenger can confirm what I ordered. Instead of just adding on the missing tray, she wanted to be rude and have an attitude. I handed the 2 drinks back and we went somewhere else.

We splurged on two chocolate malts today ordered via drive through. There were literal chunks of dry malt throughout the entire things. Some were so big they could stop up the straw. Absolutely inedible.
