I’ve been coming to Complete Care in Brandon, and today was my fourth visit. From my very first appointment, I was greeted by Mario, and he was so kind, polite, and considerate. He’s one of those people who instantly makes you feel comfortable. He’s very professional, but also very genuine, and you can tell he truly cares about his job and the people he helps. I’ve worked with a couple of different people there, and everyone has been nice, but every time I see Mario again, it honestly makes me feel good because he always brings such a welcoming and positive energy. As a 41-year-old woman who’s only 5’2”, I don’t always feel instantly comfortable around everyone, but Mario has such a respectful and caring presence that he really stood out to me from day one. You can tell his kindness is real, and that matters. If you go to Complete Care in Brandon, ask for Mario. He’s amazing!

The staff here is truly exceptional, always friendly, compassionate, and deeply committed to their patients’ recovery journey. Even though it was a long drive for me, they were consistently thoughtful and accommodating about that. Their care went above and beyond every single time, and I genuinely felt supported throughout my healing process. I’m so grateful I chose this location for my recovery after the accident, and I’ll continue to recommend them without hesitation.

I've been through two accidents this year and both times I've treated with complete care. Everyone here is Amazing caring and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The equipment they use is high quality and builds your strength as you heal. Everything is wiped down between uses. The office is spotless and always smelling fresh. Dr. Lavender is outstanding and knowledgeable so you'll be in good hands with her. The chiropractic assistants here are incredibly kind compassionate and attentive in every way. The whole office is rooting for you and your recovery trying to get you better quickly without any pain. They challenge you to be your best self and I feel so thankful and blessed to have met everyone there.

My experience at this clinic definitely exceeded expectations! They provided excellent care, and helped me to recover from injuries sustained from my accident. Dr. Lavender’s adjustments are the most thorough I’ve ever received and she does a great job of explaining things in a transparent and comforting manner. The entire staff is super friendly and I always look forward to my appointments. They truly make patients feel like a priority!
