Paid almost $800.00 for deep clean, refrigerator cleaning, and the "premium deluxe laundry service." Let me just say i was at my sister's house in Fort Lauderdale, who has four bedrooms, three baths and had her home clean for half the price, and it was immaculate! Me, I had my two bedroom two bath, fifteen hundred square foot, apartment and I had several issues with cleanFlorida. They did not finish cleaning the floors, and they were still dirty and the laundry was left laying on the ground in which they did not complete. Apparently there is only so much laundry they will do, and will not communicate that to you, and notify you if it is over their apparent limit. In this deep clean, it was also supposed to include the ceiling fans, but my ceiling fan in the living room was not cleaned. And this is even after the second time of them, returning to my home, in which I had to take off of work to let them in that and they still did not fully clean again leaving the ceiling fan or the floors dirty. They did end up almost finishing the laundry. I was told a different technician would be sent out to finish the cleaning, but they ended up sending the same lady so I'm not surprised by the results. I would not suggest the premium laundry service as they will only do a certain amount and when they hang up your clothes, they layer clothing on top of clothing which I don't understand. They also put my vegan cheese in my pantry.

Girls are nice and clean was good but extremely overpriced. $827 to clean 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a townhome. Even when I was quoted no more than $500 from other companies that came and visited my house to give me a quote. I started my clean being quoted about $400 so I booked it. When the girls arrive (only 2 of them) they let me know that they’ll need more rime and they not quote me $800+ I agree because what choice did I really have? They were already there and it was the week before Easter that I wanted the clean for. Wish I could have enjoyed this company because they were extremely easy to book and communicate with but the pricing is ridiculous. Not to mention the first time they cleaned they left lots of dirty things that they had to send someone to come back Updating after Clean Florida commented on my review: Still NO ONE has gotten back to me. I would get messages and phone calls every day before booking now SILENCE….. not to mention my ‘$800 deep clean’ apparently doesn’t come with dusting because I have now found several shelves in my room coated in dust film

I booked a deep clean for my home for $315. When the cleaning started, only one lady arrived at first, so I was a little confused — two more cleaners did show up later, which made a big difference. I was charged an additional $60 for an extra hour, which I understand, though I do feel like if all three ladies had arrived together from the start, that probably wouldn’t have been necessary. I also feel like two hours just isn’t long enough for a true deep clean, especially at this price point. That said, the ladies were all super kind, professional, and clearly worked hard. The house looks and smells amazing overall — there were just a few small areas with a little dust left behind, but nothing major. I’m really happy with the results and love how fresh everything feels. I’m definitely interested in booking them for weekly cleanings to help maintain the house’s current form. Overall, great experience and I appreciate their effort!
