I had an outstanding experience working with Luke for my hurricane window installation. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, which made me feel confident in the decisions we were making. He’s also very easy to talk to, down to earth, and genuinely cares about his clients which is not something you always find these days. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile by contacting PGT directly regarding defective windows and made sure everything was taken care of without me having to stress about it. The quality of the work and level of service were top notch. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for hurricane windows. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Communication was great before, during and after the installation. The windows and sliders are perfect. The job was done quickly and on time. We are extremely satisfied and will call Luke when we are ready to have the remainder of our windows done.
