I found Dr. Pav by searching for “chiropractors near me” on Google because I was experiencing the worst neck pain. It was SUPER stiff, and felt like a pinched nerve. I would randomly get shooting sharp pains that ran down my neck into my shoulder blade. I had been dealing with this neck pain for almost a month. I came in on a Tuesday and told Dr. Pav that my pain was a 9/10. She recommended I try a Shockwave Therapy treatment and then a session on the Hydro-Massage Bed. She then lightly adjusted my upper back and neck. I went home feeling a tad better, but fairly sore. The next day I was very sore and achy still, but feeling a little better. I came in on Friday for a massage special with TK after Dr. Pav suggested I get a professional massage done by a massage therapist and let me tell you, It was THE BEST massage of my life !! I left feeling so relaxed and didn’t have any achy muscles in my body. My neck was still a TINY bit achy, so I made an appointment to follow up with Dr. Pav on Monday. I came in and did a session on the Hydro-Massage Bed and then a session on the Traction Table (chefs kiss 💋) and then I was adjusted again. I literally rated my pain a 1/10 !!! Within a week, I went from a 9 to a 1 in my pain. I feel incredible, all thanks to Dr. Pav, TK, and all the staff at the Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa !!!! Go see them, you won’t regret it !!

The two things I need everywhere I live is a good barber and a great chiropractor. Dr. Pav and the team at Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa take great care of me. As a 22 year military veteran I need comprehensive and consistent care to keep moving. The office is clean, the team is professional and always upbeat. Care modalities and plans range from basic to cutting edge to cover whatever you need.

As a combat Marine veteran who served during the invasion of Iraq, my body has endured decades of wear and tear. During my time in the Marine Corps infantry, I carried heavy packs, body armor, weapons, and equipment on countless training exercises, hikes, and deployments. Like many Marines, injuries were often viewed as part of the job, and you simply learned to push through the pain. I visited the Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa while dealing with chronic lower back pain that nothing else had relieved. Dr. Pav immediately recognized that the issue wasn’t just in my lower back—it was originating from tension running all the way from my neck down. She performed a full‑body treatment, and the relief was almost immediate. She also incorporated the DRX9000 machine. It's stretch my spine in a nice, firm, but gentle way. I felt like a tall giant afterwards! The leg compression system was very relaxing and invigorating, and the electrical stimulation made a noticeable difference. I only wish I lived locally, because this would absolutely be my weekly chiropractic home. Highly recommended.
