Paul kept in constant contact with either my wife or myself during the whole process. Him and his team did an amazing job on our patio. Not only did they build an amazing patio with a fire pit, but they also fixed the grading issue under my deck and my backyard! Amazing job, very personable, extremely kind, and always professional! I highly recommended Bozards landscaping for any landscaping needs!

If you are looking to elevate your outdoor spaces into something unique, Paul and his team are worth considering. Everything came out better than I envisioned. I have received so many compliments from neighbors and strangers and shared Paul's contact. Paul and his team transformed my small front yard into an elegant cozy patio that reflects my style. Paul was professional, responsive, and communicated well. The team arrived on time, was pleasant, and demonstrated remarkable skills in stonework and teamwork. I am pleased with the quality of service and the attention to detail. Bozard's have earned my respect for their integrity, fairness, and diligence.

Main details: Finished today 08/05/2025 (about 2 day project with 1 minor delay) -Small scale simple project to scrape, add soil and grade, create tree bowls with the mulch from freshly removed and shredded trees on my property -Cost: About $7,000 including 10% discount -Issues: Employees exposing themselves and urinating on my home, fence, property. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, poor outcome of project contracted for and killed grass/mud tracks through the yard (bad enough that soil was put on top and “seeded”, trash left behind, tree bowls are messy. -Positives- Only one, the grading was good and soil is decent, the land is now flat and filled in. *Do not recommend unless only grading or putting soil down, with nothing else to ruin around it* The full picture is like a Mona Lisa, looks great from far away and without the backstory but up close it’s not pretty. !!Your employees urinating on my property (literally on my fence and house), in full view of me and anyone else in my home is not acceptable. I was stunned and profoundly upset. I did not mention it the first or second day because I felt bad for the employees in the hot weather and honestly as a female dealing with a male and not knowing them at all, I didn’t feel safe bringing it up— until today. I notified my husband and several male neighbors to please be on standby, because I was sending a text to Paul, the owner. He claims he didn’t know they were doing that, and said he would address it. I don’t know if he ever did. Looking back, I wish I had cancelled the check that was handed over when he arrived instead of when he finished (my mistake) and removed them all from my property. If you don’t know the character of your employees and they don’t know what is acceptable or not, on a job site, that’s problematic for you and for me and any client. There could’ve been children in my home, and my gates were wide open, anyone could’ve walked back there and saw what I saw up close because they clearly thought there were no cameras and that I wasn’t sitting mere feet away in my sun room, while they became indecent, exposed themselves and urinated on my home. No, the employees did not apologize. Then comes in where I was upset and perplexed, the grass he was driving over was quickly was becoming mud. I texted asking if they could please put plywood down, to protect the grass. Paul told me I had to pay for it and that his tractor doesn’t ruin grass, despite me staring at mud tracks forming. He called his brother out, but no one spoke to me. It was visible to everyone the grass was being destroyed, even neighbors who stopped by the first day. He put soil and seed on top before they left. Well, this review is long enough, so in the end, I ended up with “landscaping” not worth $7,000. As a business owner, you should be checking your work. Leave your worksite clean as well and speak to your client before you leave, to ensure you’ve fulfilled their expectations. I received a text message they were done and gone. A part of me didn’t think they’d really leave the tree bowls looking like that, and definitely not leave trash in my yard. Unfortunate outcome for a local company I had high hopes for, but they fell very short. I would not use Bozard’s again and have already had neighbors ask, who have current landscaping needs, if they should use them and I let the neighbors see for themselves so they could make their own decision and they did not have any interest in the work done.

They were very quick to come view my property and I had the estimate that evening. Once I confirmed service, they came the next day. They fix an amazing job and I’m super happy with the service. I will definitely continue using them for my landscaping project.

Bozard's did an excellent job cleaning out my Mom's patio. It needed a complete demolition and clean up. Ray was responsive to my phone calls, showed up like he said he would, and did a GREAT job making her patio shine! I would highly recommend him and his company in VA Beach!
