I had a great experience working with Ron G. at Black Diamond for my backyard patio paver project. From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. One of the most helpful parts of working with Ron was the detailed 2D and 3D renderings he created for my project. They were fantastic and really helped me visualize what my backyard would look like before moving forward. As someone who isn’t naturally good at visualizing design plans, the renderings were invaluable and helped me feel excited and confident about transforming our backyard. Seeing the design brought to life made decision-making so much easier. Ron’s expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Ron and the Black Diamond team to anyone considering a patio, paver, or hardscape project.

Ron G and his on-site team lead by Omero did a great job! Ron communicated with me on each step of the process. I happened to be out of town on vacation while the entire project was completed. Ron kept me informed with extensive photos and timing. It was fantastic coming home to the finished product. It turned out even better than I imagined, and even several neighbors are commenting on how beautiful it turned out. Thank you, Ron and Black Diamond Pavers!

As a Lake Forest homeowner with a 50-year-old residence, I desired to restore the circa 70’s look that would complement that esthetic. Meeting Ron G. and having him listen to blending the original with the new and offering suggestions made this an easy choice! Ron G. is exceptional in his knowledge and personal professionalism. Several options were offered, including a variety of schematics for each. Clearly, above expectations in time and effort. Ron G. walked through each option clearly listening to my vision and brought a higher value to the plan decided upon, still working well within budget. Ron G. won this contract, no question! I obtained several bids from contractors who didn’t listen or provide standard project services without up-charges. Our project came in under budget and installation was quiet and quick; and the results speak for themselves. Now, planning on a phase II project with Ron G. You don’t let a great guy like this go!
