I had no issues with Dr. Bain but Shannon was really difficult. When I overpaid and tried to reconcile my account the office never answered, never returned calls (Shannon called once on March 23) and could not get my overpayment back. Today I was told they sent me a check but no one would talk to me about how much or when to expect it. No one is ever available unless they are taking your money. Stay away. So many other people who can help you without all the drama and hassle.
